It all began in 1990, when Hari Pal Kalra opened a humble 700 sq. ft. rented store in Faridabad with nothing but a strong work ethic and deep belief in honesty, quality, and human relationships.
His mission was simple: deliver the best products, earn every customer’s trust, and treat every team member like family. Over the decades, his values turned AANCHAL IN FASHION into a household name in ethnic fashion.
Today, the brand stands tall in an 11,000 sq. ft. retail space, and Hari Pal Kalra continues to be the moral compass and quiet strength behind the scenes—offering his wisdom and presence as a mentor to his sons and team.

Sahil Kalra
Sahil Kalra, a BBA graduate from IP University, joined Aanchal In Fashion in 2001 as the first family member to support his father and grandfather.
Known for his calm demeanor and reliability, he now leads finance and back-end operations, ensuring smooth functioning and strategic growth grounded in trust and long-term vision.

Anshul Kalra
Anshul Kalra, a Pearl Academy graduate, joined Aanchal In Fashion in 2012, bringing a modern design sensibility to the family-run ethnic wear brand.
Blending tradition with contemporary trends, he curates elegant collections and leads the brand’s digital presence, especially on Instagram. Working alongside Vasu and Sahil, Anshul helps evolve the brand while honoring the legacy built by their father since 1990.

Vasu Kalra
Vasu Kalra, the youngest in the Kalra family, joined Aanchal In Fashion in 2018 after studying Fashion Designing at JD Institute.
He manages store operations, staff, and customer experience, bringing a fresh, modern touch to the retail space. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Vasu transforms the store into a welcoming and engaging fashion experience.
